Had another truck in for repair, came in for Hot no start on a e04 6.0. First issue when opening hood was ruptured oil cooler, then bad wire repair by previous shop. Then air tested and found bad hpop. Made repairs and replaced pump, running like a champ.

Always mark, check then recheck and triple check thread count, and realign pinion nut and fl**ge when replacing pinion seals. 2005 F350 SRW

05 f350 4x4 in for new wheel hub assembly, ball joints, axle u-joints, Bilstein 5100 on all 4 corners, Bilstein 5100 dampener, Trac bar ball joint, all new tie rods, new drag link, and Precision Metal Fab adjustable Trac bar!!

Well another one getting wrapped up, yep another gasser, we don’t discriminate here.
2005 F150 4.6l came in with AC not working and misfire on #2. Upong coil and plug removal found #2 & #3 plugs full of coolant. So new intake manifold gaskets, plugs and coils installed, along with new AC kit (drier, compressor and or***ce tube). While fan was out for compressor, decided to install a new fan clutch and water pump as well.

2005 f150 5.4L 3v in for timing replacement and more. Chain was so bad it complete ate the driver guide, wore threw front cover and had oil everywhere. Definitely not maintained! New rollers, lash adjusters (lifters), complete timing kit, water pump, fan clutch and thermostat. Wil have to drop pan to remove remaining broken guide parts.
