The “Something is better than nothing” mentality has GOT TO GO ❌

POV: You’re in a bikini 👙 on vacation and finally feel confident wearing it
You’re eating out and trying all the food, without fear of gaining weight
You’re enjoying drinks 🍹 but still making sure you’re drinking lots of water
You’re more flexible with your food choices, but still prioritize protein in every meal
You aren’t stressed about missing the gym because you’re still getting in a ton of steps and movement throughout the day
You don’t have digestion issues when traveling because you now prioritize fiber 🌱and hydration
You’re not stressed about the number on the scale because you know it’s most likely water retention from traveling, ❌not fat
You’re working on this whole “balanced lifestyle” thing, so trips or events that may have made you fall off track in the past, no longer seem to be an issue 😌
