One-On-One Personal Training:
-Pre-payment online is required in order to book your training session (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal)

-Cash payment is accepted. Payment is required first thing before starting the workout session if paying in cash. (Note: You can only reschedule an appointment 24hrs ahead of time, no refunds)
