Some new blood within the team. came to me approximately 2 weeks after the first show he'd ever done, where he weighed 135 lbs on stage. Some of what's happened since then has been a natural rebound; however, more of what's happened has been:

1. High Intensity Training To & Past Failure.
2. A designed macro specific nutrition
program (Caloric Surplus)
3. Ideal Sleep (8 hours nightly)

Colton has embraced each of the aforementioned staples, and as a result.. he is totally kicking ass! His bodyweight is now 178 lbs, and it's nowhere near a sloppy 178. Plus he's been setting PR's every, single workout! Our goal is to get him as close to 200 lbs as is possible by July/2024. Once he's maxed out by July, then we'll start our first contest prep together.

PS: Colton is not enhanced, as he has never touched a PED in his life of 21 years!

Ok guys... I hope all is well with everyone. So, other than a nice little 10 week transformation post of another client, I've been very quiet since won the 2022 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic Super Heavyweight title (August 20th, 2022). is still recovering from a shoulder injury, so there hasn't been much to update you guys on until now. But Lu has been working exceptionally hard this past off-season.. and even harder during his prep for the 2023 NPC USA Masters Championships and Pro Qualifier (this past weekend). The look we achieved was exceptional, as it was clearly his best to date. We absolutely nailed it, and he took a very respectable 4th place in the 35+ Super Heavyweight class. The feedback was his conditioning was THE BEST on stage. The other piece of feedback was he needs more size. So, now we know that a peeled 245+ lbs isn't going to cut it 🤦🏻‍♂️; therefore, we will deliver that 255+ lbs next year. And I'm all about conditioning, so he will not sacrifice any conditioning while pursuing that added muscle! And if that doesn't work, Lu will transition to Men's Physique 🤔 🤣

So, we're still waiting for his HD photos to arrive. And when they do, I'll share some of those with you guys, as well. In the meantime, here are some check-in photos of Lu taken 24 hours (blue trunks) and 12 hours (green) before he stepped on stage. Thanks for all of your support. Enjoy the photos, and I'll see you all soon.

PS: I've got a new, young 🦁 juggernaut, whose been with me since right after he competed 12 weeks ago, and I'll post some crazy physique comparisons of him later this week, as well. ✌🏽

What's up everyone!? at 9 days out from the 2023 NPC USA MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS ... 35+ Super Heavyweight Class.

It's been a long minute since I've posted anything on my IG feed, but thats because I've had some clients under construction. But now I have some physique updates for you guys that I'd like to share today, as well as others over the next several days.

Today I'm posting a 10 week physique transformation of my guy, Javaris (aka JV). JV competed briefly a few years back in Men's Physique. And despite having bone on bone shoulder injuries (on both Shoulders) that limit his range of motion with most Shoulder exercises, he looked pretty damn good. When we discussed his short and long term goals, he expressed a desire to compete again on stage. So, we will deliver that package late next summer (2023). But the initial goal was to peel off approximately 30 lbs of fat, and that's exactly what he's done. These photos show him from the beginning to the end of a 10 week transformation; however, he has lost another 4-5 lbs since then.

Starting weight: 233 lbs
Current weight: 199 lbs

Give it up for my guy, if you can appreciate the work he's done!

💥2023 Competitive Season💥

08/31/2022

Another week down for . Austin is a good bit leaner and tighter than he was last week. He gets into shape exceptionally fast, so I've had to make some adjustments. It's not an easy task to ensure he gets into a conditioned state of being "peeled", while ensuring he doesn't go too much further South than his Class weight limit. We were both fortunate last year in me being able to learn his body so well for his competitive debut, which he crushed. So, we're not anticipating many issues this year. The only major task will be getting him down to 189-190 lbs, while also holding the new muscle he's added this past year. But I live to be challenged!!! 🏆🥇👊🏼🦁

Unfortunate circumstances for have arisen, as a result of what is believed to be herniation(s) or rupture(s) within his cervical spine. The injury occurred approximately 9 days ago duriing one of his 2 weekly push sessions. Aside from numbness in his left arm, consistent pain, Austin is additionally suffering from a broken heart.. as he had his heart and soul set on making a serious statement this year at both the 2022 Ronnie Coleman Classic and his first Pro Qualifier, the 2022 North American Championships. Both shows are within the next 5½ weeks.

After an in-person discussion the decisions were made to announce the news today and to focus on his recovery/rehab before making any competitive plans. As he continues to set up a game plan for medical care, which may include surgical repair.. he has switched gears from being a competitor over to being a major supporter of the remaining Team competitors, as they move into the final 3 & 5 weeks of their respective shows. Austin left our conversation saying, and I quote, "I may be sidelined now, but I will come back, bigger, better and stronger than I've very been!". Please keep my competitor, athlete and friend, Austin, in your prayers.🙏🏼

is l👀king crazier by the day, therefore, I felt it was appropriate to update everyone. It's been a slow and steady prep with hurdles to jump here and there; however, Lu stays focused with his eyes on the prize. He's already much, much better than he was last year, and we're both very excited to present him to all in just over 2 weeks.

Starting weight: 268 lbs
Current weight: 247 lbs
Projected weight: 241 lbs

💥💥💥 2½ Weeks Out 💥💥💥

08/31/2022

24 hours after ½ a saturation day, where he had a large steak, large potato and veggies - ALL with Butter, last night, followed by his typical breakfast and a large blueberry muffin. With 2½ hours of cardio every day, plus 1½ hours of weight training 6 days a week, and 1500-1600 calories a day... ALL over the last couple of weeks, he goes flat from time to time. So, it's important to fill him back up again before he goes back into ketosis again. Peak week begins tomorrow, and now he's ready!
