When you do BIG things, BIG people take notice! 👀🔥

Competing at the high school level in girls flag football is no easy task. Our Lady Colts National HS team has learned that success takes more than talent.

These girls have become more disciplined, more dedicated, and more committed to the work. They’ve shown patience through rocky moments, resilience in defeat, and the understanding that we WIN as one and we LOSE as one. 💙🏈

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the work is getting noticed!

A HUGE thank you to New Balance for recognizing what these young women are building and rewarding their dedication with such an incredible gift! 👟🙌

We have a BIG season ahead, and our sights are set on the ultimate stage — the NFL FLAG Championships this July! 🏆

There’s still a lot of work to be done, but these girls are proving they’re willing to put it in.

The work matters. The journey matters. And it’s pretty special when others see it, too.

Thank you, New Balance, for investing in these girls and showing them that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! ❤️

We couldn’t stop at ONE coach post… because our coaches deserve ALL the attention today. 🩷🏈

But don’t take it from me — hear it from the girls they coach. 🥹

THIS is the impact. THIS is the why.

Happy National Coaches Day to the ones who give so much more than just their time. 🩷

🏈🩷 HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAY! 🩷🏈

I get the privilege of administering a program alongside some of the most amazing coaches—and humans—I know.

Coaching youth sports comes from the heart. Yes, they teach the game. They develop better athletes, teach plays, correct mistakes, push standards and celebrate wins. But what they give these girls goes so much further than football.

They build confidence. They teach discipline, accountability, resilience, teamwork and how to respond when things don’t go their way. They challenge our girls to work harder, believe bigger and become stronger versions of themselves.

Most importantly, they give every girl another person in her corner who believes in her. Sometimes a coach sees something in an athlete before she can see it in herself—and that can change a kid.

These coaches give up nights, weekends and time with their own families. They answer texts, watch film, plan practices, travel, encourage, correct, celebrate and keep showing up. Most of what they do happens when nobody is watching.

They are family to me, and Lady Colts would not be what it is today without their selfless dedication to these girls and to the mission we started with.

Thank you Tayt, Jon, Rene, Brent, Kade, Randy, Roy, Dean, Kay, Allaya, Nicholas, Mike, Josh, Robert and Matt. 🩷

The trophies are awesome. The wins are fun. But the real legacy of a coach is the young woman who walks away stronger, more confident and more prepared for life because you were part of her journey.

That’s the win that lasts.

Happy National Coaches Day to the BEST! 🏈🩷

Us: If she can lock in like THIS… she’s ready. 😂🏈🔥

Flags still touching the ground? No Problem!
She’ll grow into ’em.

Because it’s not the size of the girl baller…
it’s the size of the FIGHT in her. 💪🩷🏈.

SHE’S NOT NEXT. SHE’S NOW. 🏈

Before girls flag had the spotlight, our girls were already putting in the work.

Since 2021, Lady Colts has been building competitive girls flag football in our community — creating a place for athletes to train, compete, represent where they come from, and prepare for the opportunities continuing to grow around this sport.

This winter marks our 5th season of HS Girls Flag Football, and we’re continuing a commitment we’ve had from the beginning:

If girls want the opportunity to represent their high school, we’ll create a place for them to do it.

Tomball ISD girls — this is for YOU.

Athletes can register individually and be grouped with girls from their school to compete together through the TFL HS Girls Flag League.

🏈 Custom team jerseys in school colors
🏈 8 FREE weekly training sessions
🏈 Sunday doubleheaders + limited Saturday games
🏈 Just 5 weekends
🏈 No experience necessary
🏈 Train and compete alongside girls from your school

Girls flag football is growing, and every girl who steps onto the field helps show the demand that exists right here in our community.

Want to represent your high school? REGISTER ASAP.

Bring your teammates. Tag the girls who need to see this. Put your school colors on and PLAY.

TOMBALL ISD GIRLS PLAY FLAG.
