While still playing short-handed because of injuries, these boys from Kingwood played their hearts out this past weekend capturing the Spring Battle for the CUP at BUSA 13U Major championship. Pitching and defense led the way allowing only 5 runs over five games with just 3 runs being allowed on Championship Sunday.

Wildcatters-Dynasty 12U Blue walked away champions of the Ripken Fort Wear Experience (Pigeon Forge, TN) finishing the week with an overall record of 8-1.
They went 5-1 in pool play and avenged their only loss by knocking off the NYO Titans (Atlanta, GA) in the Gold Bracket Championship Game 2-1 behind a complete game thrown by Michael Lux allowing just 3 hits and 0 ER in 6 innings pitched.
There were plenty of highs and lows this season but the boys never quit as they finished the season with a 31-20-1 record and reached the top of the mountain in East Tennessee.
