Calling all TEENS!! F45 Training, a well known HIIT style training program, that typically is for 18 years old and above, is now offering a brand new program for youth ages 11-17 called F45 Prodigy! F45 focuses on functional movements that benefit all athletes or anyone trying to improve their general fitness level!💪💪 classes are 45 minutes and include a combination of Strength and Conditioning!
F45 Training Summerwood is hosting our Grand Opening Prodigy Class on Saturday June 19 and classes will begin on Monday June 21. Classes will be offered Monday-Thursday at 5:45PM.
