⚡️Eat how you want to look.
I love eating at restaurants and going out for margaritas but only in moderation.
85% of my diet is home cooked foods, water, tea, and coffee.
I limit sugar, food coloring, grease, & dairy.
Of course, I limit these things for aesthetics but also for healthy.
My biggest motivation for sticking to a diet isn’t aesthetics, it’s to feel good physically.
When I eat foods high in sugar and dairy, my body feels horrible the next day!
Your body talks to you (as crazy as that sound), you just have to start listening.
If you spend more time listening to your body, it’ll become easier to find out what foods will give you the aesthetic gains you desire.

Many people make excuses for why they can’t cook but what if your parents would have made those same excuse when you were a kid?
Get in that kitchen and feed your body quality foods.
Your meals will probably look a little different than mine and that’s okay.
Find what works for you!
Gather your favorite protein and green leafy & cruciferous vegetable.
Throw in less carbs if you are cutting; add in more carbs if you are bulking.
➡️Don’t over think this, you got it!

⚡️PHYSIQUE UPDATE ⚡️
I am no longer in a bulking phase!
Currently sitting at 205 lbs. and eating about 2500 calories which is maintenance for me.
My main focus right now is to continue to build my brand while simultaneously inspiring people to elevate themselves.
I actually am writing this post to share some inspiration, so let’s get into that. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
We are living in very, very trying times.
And right now is when ‘most people’ will lean on excuses and wallow in complacency.
Don’t be ‘most people’!
Go get it everyday and be satisfied even if it isn’t perfect.
Affirm yourself RIGHT NOW for where you are in life and the progress you’ve made over the years.
All we really have is the moment so cherish it and make the best of it!
