Last night, made history by successfully planning and organizing a Future Feature Hawk Twirler clinic for local elementary aged twirlers! 15 up and coming twirlers got to experience Friday Night Lights with our Harlan and Heart of Texas Twirlers, Faith and Lily. Congratulations girls!

We are welcoming all future twirlers to try baton twirling at 5 or 5:30 on Wednesday evening. Registration will be available if your twirler would like to continue classes!

In July, 5 Heart of Texas Twirlers represented Texas and the Southwest Region in the Beginner/Intermediate National Pageants and in the Miss Majorette of America pageant. We are so proud of all the girls and can’t wait to see them work hard to earn a spot for next year!

We are sending a Texas sized congratulations to Bailey for her accomplishments at the 2025 AAU Jr Olympics this week in Houston. She medaled in several events, including earning a gold in her Intermediate Junior One Baton routine! We are so excited and so proud of you today and this whole competition season! 🔥🤍

As our two weeks of Nationals has ended, our final spotlight is our 2025 Miss Majorette of Texas, Elisabeth! She competed in the prestigious Miss Majorette of America pageant along with individual events and at USTA Nationals the week before! She is a sophomore at UTSA where she is the Feature Twirler while double majoring in Music Performance and Cybersecurity.

🔥 Most looking forward to: hanging out with my teammates and making fun memories

As Nationals week(s) start to wrap up, we are introducing our next Nationals spotlight! Faith is an upcoming senior and represented Texas in the Beginner Senior National Pageant as the Texas Pageant Winner.
🤍 Random Fact: She is currently working on my Associates Degree in Psychology and plan to receive it when she graduates high school
Favorite twirling trick: She loves a good fishtail, it’s a classic!
Favorite twirling memory from this year: Her favorite twirling memory from this year was competing at The Twirlies Competition because it was local so a lot of her friends and family were able to come support her!
Most looking forward to at nationals: I am so excited to try the pretzels because everyone raves about them and I need to know what
the hype is about 🥨
Advice to other twirlers: Pick up the baton as much as you can. Even if you’re tired or not having a good day the more you practice the better you will do on the floor.

National spotlight time! Gabi is an incoming freshman at the University of Texas at San Antonio where she will be a Feature Twirler! She spent last week in Daytona Beach where she competed among some of the nation’s best twirlers and represented Texas and Heart of Texas Twirlers so beautifully! Congratulations on a successful Nationals week!!

We are excited to introduce Candace, our next Heart of Texas national highlight! Candace will be in the 8th grade and is competing in the National Beginner Pr***en pageant as the 2025 Southwest Regional Pageant Winner! Candace loves watching figure skating edits with her best friend and her favorite trick is her one spin double illusion!
🤍Favorite Twirling Memory: Performing her X-Strut (it’s her favorite!). A close second is winning her Regional Pageant on her 13th birthday!
🔥Most Looking Forward to at Nationals: walking around the beautiful campus and feeling the adrenaline before competing on the competition floor!
🤍 Advice to Other Twirlers: Believe in yourself! You have to push yourself to the limits to find out your true potential, and remember not every flower blooms at the same time! Keep a very positive mindset going into not just nationals but every competition and practice. It’s a very long and hard road, keep to your vision and don’t let anything or anyone distract you from that! I wish the best to everyone that is going to nationals!💕

Our next National competitor highlight is Bailey! She is a rising sophomore and will be representing the Southwest Region in the Intermediate 13-15 National Pageant. We can’t wait to see Bailey take the field this fall as the West Columbia HS Feature Twirler! Read on to learn more about Bailey! We can’t wait to watch you shine at AYOP!
🤍Random fact about me: I actually play 2 sports. I’ve been a competitive swimmer for almost 12 years and have been twirling for 8. 🔥My #1 favorite trick: horizontal toss kick and catching it behind the back in an illusion.
🤍Favorite Twirling memory: heart warming and high energy moments of friday night lights, my favorite thing is twirling and playing with the band during halftime
🔥At nationals im looking forward to meeting and making new friends!
🤍My advice for other twirlers is that you practiced and worked very very hard, so now just show off and have fun
