It’s incredible to believe we’re only a month out from this retreat that Jo and I dreamed up while going through an incredible learning and healing experience in India earlier this year. You can expect body positive, accessible movement, breathwork, meditation—all at your own pace—plus community, acceptance, all the nature your heart desires, geothermal spas, cooking classes (all included), and most importantly time for *you*.

After almost 3 years of teaching, I’m super happy to have hosted Reintegration Yoga’s first trauma informed, grounding practices workshop in Houston this weekend. It was a beautiful, collaborative experience. I want to thank everyone present for holding space and confidentiality for one another.
