We’re stepping into Phase 5—the second phase of our 3-part series aka the BUILD phase 💪🔥
The goal here? Increase your squat load, level up your pulling strength, and boost that explosive power in your jumps ⚡️
You’ll see structured squat progressions, heavier rows, and more pull variations programmed throughout the phase—this is where we start getting STRONG strong 💥
We’re also adding in contrast work (think heavy squats straight into box jumps 👀) plus faster interval conditioning to really push your power and performance!
Stay intentional with your lifts, trust your progress, and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself—we’re building something big here 🔥

Hey team Tanglewood! 👋
We’re kicking off Series 2: Phase 4 — Base Phase 💪
This phase is all about dialing it in and building a strong foundation:
👉 Strong pulling mechanics + grip strength
👉 Confident squat positioning
👉 Safe, explosive movement patterns
Think: control before load, position before intensity, landing before height ⚡️
You’ll see:
✔️ Controlled rows + assisted pull-ups
✔️ Low–moderate box jumps (soft landings 👟)
✔️ Squats at 50–70% with tempo focus
This is where we get intentional so we can get stronger 💥
Let’s lock in the basics and build from the ground up—can’t wait to see you all crush it 🔥

We’re incredibly grateful for the community that shows up, works hard, and supports our studio every day.
Beginning May 1st, membership rates will see a slight increase, excluding Tier 1 Foundation members. This adjustment helps us continue providing the level of coaching, programming, and studio environment that makes our community so special.
