6 Weeks of Mindful Eating w/ GK :
Mindful eating is not a diet. It uses a form of meditation called mindfulness, which helps you acknowledge and manage your emotions and physical sensations. Using this approach will help you reach a state of full awareness to your experiences, cravings, and physical cues when eating.
In this guideline, you will engage in a process of food journaling, daily practices of yoga & meditation, and self-inquiring on what drives you to eat the foods that you consume on a routine basis.
Weekly Themes:

Week 3: Adjust & Overcome
Week 4: Acknowledgement, Fun, & Celebration
Week 5: Realignment & Continued Success

In our workshop we will go over how to create a mindful eating practice, as well as become familiar with the 6 week program that will have you well on your way to health and greater nutrition.

LEVEL UP! Arm Balance wrk shop!!
This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat.
Part 1. A half hour committed to turning on your core through pranayama (energetic breathwork) & abdominal exercises.
Part 2. Vigorous vinyasa flow designed to lay the foundation for balancing on the hands.
Part 3. Explore a variety of arm balances, how to transition in and out of them, and creative ways to go from one to another.
Part 4. Juicy, extended deep stretch
Come with a playful attitude and no expectations!

In this 1.5hr workshop, we will explore some fundamental and practical ways to utilize blocks, blankets, straps and other items you may have around the house to support a home practice. We will first cover how these props are used and then use them in a short sequence you can practice at home daily. ur 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Training includes: alignment benefits, instruction of hatha yoga, anatomy and physiology, history and philosophy of yoga, journey into spirituality, meditation, pranayama, hands on assists and adjustments, the business and ethics yoga, sanskrit basics, prenatal/postnatal basics, and advanced asana.

Early bird pricing is $2,500 if paid in full by June 7th! If opting for and approved for a payment plan (early bird rate NOT eligible for payment plans), we require a deposit of $500 non-refundable to hold your space. You are required to make at least one payment a month during training and have the entire amount of 2,900 in before the last day of your training or you will not receive your certification.

ABSENTEE POLICY: In the event of a student missing more than 20 HOURS throughout the the ENTIRE course of Yoga Teacher Training, they will not be eligible to receive their Yoga Alliance certificate. They will however still have the chance of finishing the rest of the hours left in Teacher Training if they choose to do so. No refunds will be done if the trainee missed the maximum amount of hours, even if they donβt choose to finish the rest of the hours of Yoga Teacher Training.

MEDITATION for the MODERN YOGII!!!!.
Have you wanted to learn about meditation?
Have you tried and feel like it is too hard for you?
Do you feel you don't have time to meditate?
In this workshop with Inga Raquel Seals, we will:
- Introduce meditation and discuss the benefits of a daily meditation practice
- Briefly discuss what your struggles are currently with meditation and solutions to help with struggles
- Learn how to fit meditation into our daily life (you can do this!)
Our class will consist of:
2 forms of meditation and one form of pranayama (breathing)
A short Yoga practice that can be done to help you sit to meditate comfortably
A guided meditation in savasana
By doing this, you give yourself the opportunity to honor which meditation works well for you.
