I don't know who this is for, but y'all gotta stop thinking you can treat people wrong and get away with it. It seems as if Karma is stopping through and bringing her two bada@ # cousins with her. Careful Grasshopper.
And y'all just can't say anything to people then justify it with, "cause that's just me!" That one liner is old, immature, and a bad reflection of you. Grow up!
I ran across 2 quick quotes that I'm feeling deep down in my pinky toe this morning.
1. βIf you wanted me to speak more highly of you then perhaps you should have treated me better. You donβt get to narrate MY story of MY experiences with you." Prophet Katt Williams
2. "If you disrespect me and wanna go low, I'm going to where they found the submarine." ππ€£
Y'all better stop playing with God's good people.

October Sweat Burn Repeat Transformation Update
Y'all I feel so good about the changes that I incorporated this month. As with any plan, I made minor, necessary adjustments so they would be sustainable and realistic.
Overall, I'm pleased with my progress and proud of me.
Starting weight: 176
Goal weight: 165
Ending weight: 169
Here's a list of all the things that I did in October.
1. Started a HRT cream
2. Drink a bottle of Kombucha daily
3. Blessed with a bag of Ryze mushroom coffee, that I didn't think I would enjoy since I'm not a coffee drinker. It's not too bad.
4. Less wine
5. More water
6. Started a thyroid medication
7. Started taking Alive Ultra Potency for women over 50
8. Joined Planet Fitness
9. Use massage chair (hydro and regular) 3 x a wk
10. 7-10k steps daily
11. 4-500 core daily
12. Meal prepped
Benefits
I sleep better, have more energy, focus, and clarity.
Something I'm doing is an appetite suppressant because I'm not as hungry and when I do eat, it doesn't take much to get full.
I'm less bloated and actually pleased with my core area.
I need to bottle this up and sell it.
When I realized it was a list of 12 things, I almost had tears when I remembered what it stands for: symbol of completion...being on the edge of positive change. Wow!

I made it.
I made it.
I not only made it to the Tedx Talk red dot, but my talk made it to the website. My talk is on Ted.com!
Since I started public speaking and studied some of the greats, I added doing a Ted Talk to my bucket list.
Y'all, I can mark it off!
I did it!
I did it.

This morning in the gym, I had a whole conversation with Me, Myself and I.
Me was complaining about how hard it was and how it was burning. Even asked, "What's the point?"
Myself was somewhat agreeing with Me and was ready to compromise and/or quit on the spot. "Who's gonna know if we don't do all the rounds," she pouted.
I was the voice of reason and reminded Me and Myself, what we committed to on Monday, and why, even in the midst of dealing with hormones, it's important now more than ever before. Yes, the results might happen a little slower, but they will come.
I even made Me and Myself apologize to our body for being so hard and offering some real grace. It's not like it used to be but nothing major is in need of repair, only some minor adjustments. Be thankful for that.
Me and Myself were pretty speechless after that little talk.
Anywho, I prevailed by finishing a pretty grueling leg workout then relaxed on the hydromassage bed.
Now, if you don't have whole conversations in your head like this, well, I don't know if we can be friends. π

Why yall didn't tell me jumping rope was so hard?
Can I add that jumping for 20 seconds, resting for 10 x 8 rounds is absolutely nuts?! But I think I like it.
I looked kinda funny those first few rounds because in all my fitness years, jumping rope was never my choice of cardio.
Anywho, I was able to get in 5k steps w my workout and 40oz of water. Let's see what the rest of the day holds.
