Well… this makes me feel special 🥹❤️

Thank you, VoyageHouston, for featuring my story and JMJ Training & Consulting!

JMJ isn’t a huge company or an overnight-success story—it’s Just MJ. 😂 But answering these questions reminded me that the story I’m most proud to tell isn’t really about the business or the championships. It’s about the people.

The athletes who grew up calling me Coach MJ. The families who trusted me with their kids. The coaches and programs who believed in me, recommended me, and continue to welcome me back. And especially the people who showed up for me when life got hard. ❤️

I’ve spent so much of my career hoping to be a positive light in young athletes’ lives. Realizing how many of them and their families have become that same light for me might be the most meaningful part of this journey.

Thank you to everyone who has ever been a part of it. 🥹❤️

For 2 hours, we worked on stunts. 💙

But if you look a little closer, there was so much more happening here.

Trust. Accountability. Teamwork. Encouragement. Resilience. Learning to laugh at yourself. Showing up for the people around you.

This gym has become one of those places that feels like the theme song from Cheers — where everybody knows your name. 🥹

Thank you, TCA, for trusting me with your athletes year after year. The kids make my whole day, and when the parents get just as excited to see me? That’s a gift I never take for granted.

Here’s to the memories, the bloopers, and the lessons that extend far beyond the stunt mat. ✨
