Personal bests and new cuts are worth celebrating—but they’re only part of the story. 🦈

Swim meets also teach us how to win with humility, handle disappointment, and get back on the blocks when a race doesn’t go as planned. Those lessons matter just as much as the time on the board.

One of our proudest coaching moments this weekend? Watching the boys stay Saturday to count laps for the girls in the 500, and the girls stay to do the same for the boys. We had so many girls ready to help that they counted for swimmers from other teams, too. That’s teamwork beyond our own lanes. 🩵

From our youngest Age Group swimmers gaining race experience to our Seniors putting in the work toward their college aspirations, this meet brought our competitive team together to race, learn, and support one another.

Proud of your effort. Proud of your resilience. Most of all, proud of how you showed up for each other. Let’s go Sharks! 🦈

Calling all Sharks alumni and current Seniors! 🦈📣

Your Sharks story matters—and we want to hear it.

Maybe you grew up here, from swim lessons to developmental to competitive swimming. Maybe you transferred from another team or moved here and found your lane at Sharks.

Maybe you trained with Senior Performance. Maybe you balanced Sharks practices with school activities, other sports, work, or everything in between.

There isn’t one path to being a Shark—and there isn’t one definition of winning.

A lasting Sharks legacy isn’t just about fast times, qualifying cuts, or records. It’s also about the process: learning to show up, navigating setbacks, finding your people, discovering what matters to you, and growing into who you want to become.

The next generation of Sharks needs to hear a diverse range of stories—including yours. 🩵

Every year, there’s a weekend our Sharks look forward to long before the bags are packed and the buses pull out.

It begins with a little anticipation. A few familiar faces. New teammates stepping into a tradition they have heard so much about. Then, somewhere between the bus rides, team challenges, and wide-open Camp Cho-Yeh skies, something shifts.

They become more than swimmers who train beside one another.

They become the kind of teammates who encourage each other, lead each other, laugh until they can’t breathe, and carry the Sharks spirit beyond the pool.

That’s the Sharks difference: building more than fast athletes. Building confident leaders, connected teammates, and a community that shows up for one another—on deck, at camp, and wherever the journey takes them.

Here’s to the memories our Senior and Age Group Sharks will carry with them long after the weekend ends. 🦈

They like to move it, move it—and they proved it two weekends in a row! 🏊‍♀️🔥

Our Developmental (Exploratory + Discovery Advance) racers brought the energy, embraced corrections, and kept showing up race after race across both meet days. From building endurance through busy sessions to leaning on each other behind the blocks, this group showed real determination, grit, and growth—all while keeping the fun at the center of it.

So proud of the way they raced, supported their teammates, and strengthened that Sharks team bond. Keep moving it, swimmers! 🩵🦈

The Sharks Pentathlon is in the books! 🦈
What a great way to kick off our Short Course season. Athletes from our Competitive, Developmental, and Swim Fit programs had the opportunity to race every stroke and the IM, establish baseline times, and set the foundation for the months ahead.
From first races to personal-best efforts, Saturday was all about learning where we are, celebrating the work already underway, and getting excited for what’s next.
