After our retreats, we often hear guests tell us that the experience was “life-changing”—deeply transformational in ways they never expected.

There are conversations we don’t always have a place for—the questions we carry, the experiences that change us, and the mysteries we find ourselves wanting to understand more deeply.

This fall, we’re creating a space for those conversations.

The Round Table at Unwind is a new community gathering for those who are curious about consciousness, spirituality, healing, and the deeper dimensions of the human experience.

Once a month, we’ll come together to explore ideas, share perspectives, ask questions, and learn from one another. Some gatherings may feature guest speakers; others may center around a particular topic, book, experience, or question worth exploring.

More than anything, The Round Table is about connection and curiosity—creating a thoughtful, open-minded community where meaningful conversations can unfold.

Membership will be intentionally limited to keep the gatherings intimate and allow everyone the opportunity to participate.

I’m honored to be partnering with the Houston Museum of Natural Science for a truly unique evening of meditation and sound inside the beautiful Burke Baker Planetarium.

This Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 PM, I’ll be leading HMNS’s Sound Bowl Meditation—a deeply restorative sound bath meditation designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Imagine reclining beneath a breathtaking dome of stars as you’re guided through meditation, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and immersive celestial visuals. After our meditation, you’re invited to stay and enjoy a calming planetarium show.
It’s a rare opportunity to experience the healing power of sound in one of Houston’s most extraordinary settings. I would love for you to join me for this unforgettable evening of stillness, sound, and serenity beneath the stars.

When our chakras are in balance, we often experience greater harmony and ease in the areas of life they represent. When they’re blocked or out of balance, we may begin to experience imbalance in those areas as well.

Chakra Balancing Meditation is an opportunity to gently bring awareness to each of your seven primary energy centers through guided meditation, breath, and mindful presence. As you cultivate balance within, you may begin to experience a greater sense of peace, clarity, resilience, and connection in your daily life.

Think of it as a regular practice of energetic self-care for the body, mind, and spirit—a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect before stress and imbalance begin to accumulate.
