Muscle Building Expectations! A total body transformation takes CONSISTENCY and most of all TIME! There is a 10 year difference between these pictures. I wasn’t consistent and dedicated through all those years. I actually started being serious about the muscle building process 5 years ago. I still have some goals to accomplish, however I’m happy and proud to have reached this body shape. I was always self conscious about my skinny legs and my main goal was to build them up. It was never easy, there were ups and downs, good and bad moments but I’ve never thought about quitting. This is my passion and I hope I can inspire you to follow your own journey towards a healthier life style and your fitness goals.
