Happy Thursday, Loves 💕

POV: The room was electric ⚡️ 🖤

When the GHWCC International Women’s Conference brought us together, something happened that I don’t take lightly; people leaned in.

The conversation was rich, the energy was real, and the feedback afterward? “One of the best panels of the day.” I am beyond grateful for the feedbak and the experience!

What made this panel special wasn’t just the women in the room; it was the fact that we also had a male leader at the table who showed up fully, ready to listen and engage. That is what progress looks like.

We touched on thriving vs. surviving. On pace, purpose, and the power of knowing when to move and when to stand still.

On what it truly means to be a woman navigating corporate spaces with grace AND grit. BTW- we did all of this with reduced time. 👏🏾

And honestly? We were just getting started. 👀

There’s a whole book worth of conversation that couldn’t fit into one panel… and it’s almost time.

Good Morning ☀️ Sunshine ☀️

The smile is real. 😊AND so is the work it took to get here.

May is Mental Wellness Month and it is a reminder that thriving isn’t just about what shows up on the outside, it’s about tending to what’s happening within.

And I’ll be honest: I’ve had days when this smile wasn’t so easy to find.

You can look put together and still be carrying something heavy. Mental wellness isn’t about performing peace.

It’s about pursuing it.

So this month, I’m leaning into the quiet moments, the honest conversations, and the decision to choose myself even when it’s inconvenient.
