What you do before and after workout matters just as much what you do in your workout.
Your pre-workout mobilizing should have dynamic movements with limited static stretching - with the goal to prime your joints, increase core temperature and prepare your body to move.
Your post-workout should emphasize static stretching with a goal reduce muscle tension, restoring resting muscle length and down regulate your nervous system.
