I have been trying this out and it works like a charm. HIIT is the best for people with busy schedules and u still burn calories after ur done!
So to continue on to my postpartum video here are some tips that helped me that u can all take:
1. Accept help of all kind from everyone I️t does not make u less of a mom throw away ur pride
2. Go for walks or some type of exercise to release stress with ur baby
3. Sage tea is a great tea that helps to get ur hormones back in check but don’t drink I️t if ur breastfeeding
4. If the husband wants to help let him and go to bed for a little bit
5. If ur up in the middle of the night pray and worship to God and he will give u unspeakable strength u never knew u had
6. Remember to eat and try to make better choices of food because fast food makes u more sleepy
7. Get out of ur house and go window shopping so u can be around people
8. Make a todo list to give u structure through out the day so u aren’t just sitting there adding on depression KEEP moving
9. Treat yo self to a massage, nails or hair leave ur baby just for an hour or two
10. Let people clean ur house if they offer ur not a bad wife for having a dirty house at this time. We all know the kids did haha
11. Put on some worship music while u clean or while ur sleeping so u and ur child can get rest believe me I️t works ( instrumental worship music on YouTube make a playlist)
12. If u don’t have time to do ur devotional then while ur feeding ur baby put on sermons from pastors so u r still getting feed the word
13. Reach out to women of experience and spiritual mature women that can pray for u and with u over the phone and vent to them about ur issues don’t hold I️t in
These r just a few things I️ did to help get me out of the rut I️ was in. God is with u and who dare be against u!
