We will discuss some of the following in the upcoming course:

1) How the skills of breathing and meditation work synergistically to increase human flourishing.

2) You will be offered practices to assess the status of your nervous system, and will be provided with breathing and meditation options to address your nervous system in the moment.

3) You will learn a breathing technique that has been shown in a neuroscience lab to calm your body quicker than any other breathing or meditation technique studied.

4) You will learn to assess your breathing IQ and will be provided with exercises to improve it and maintain it for life.
