We sent 22 curlers to the 2026 Lone Star Bonspiel this past weekend!

Houston represented very well with 3 teams competing in the A, B, & C finals with Team Space City Sweepers winning the A Event, Team Taken for Granite winning the B Event, and Team Drawing a Blank fighting hard as the C Event Runner Ups.

Congratulations to all the curlers and as always a big thanks to our fellow Texas Lone Star Curling Club for hosting another great fun bonspiel! 🥌🤠

Julie and Alyssa represented Houston at the Desert Ice bonspiel in Tempe, Arizona with friends Janelle (from Rock Creek Curling Club in Lafayette Colorado) and Tanya (from Springbank Curling Club in Alberta Canada). B event runners-up! Good curling!

Team Schaeper made it all the way to the B semis at the Hibbing Last Chance Spiel! Way to go!
