There are a multitude of opinions and misleading information regarding carbs.
• “Carbs are bad for you”
• “Carbs make you fat”
• “I don’t eat carbs. Trying to loose weight”
• “I don’t eat my carbs until dinner. I miss breakfast and eat my carbs for dinner”
These are all common remarks I get from client pertaining to carb consuming. Truth is we need carbs. Carbs supply’s the body with fuel for body, Energizing the body, Aids in digestion just to name a few benefits.
Properly loading your carbs each day critical as. Knowing how to time your carbs adequately can either help achieve the desired body composition you are wanting. Or it can limit your ability to burn fat; putting you at a disadvantage towards your goals.
