About the Position:
This is a sales position. More than half of the job is to sell selling our video, internet, Xfinity home alarm and phone services. The sales consultant is also responsible in assisting customers in a prompt, professional manner by obtaining all information needed for resolution of transactions. Processes equipment and updates customer account status upon receipt. Handles customer billing errors, and discrepancies, requesting necessary changes. This sales consultant will also maintains/ balance an accurate account of cash drawer.

Additional Details:
Pay: Base + Uncapped Target Commission
25-29 Hours Weekly
6 Weeks Paid Training with extension of 90 Day Ramp Up
