...Ever notice you have been holding your breath? I noticed myself doing it the other day on my bike ride. Multiple times
I practice breathing in every yoga class I take and teach.
Deep, long inhales. And then I try to take those deep, long inhales with me into my everyday life. And on my bike rides too!
I love that I notice when I am not breathing, and as soon as I do, I can start again. Classes live and on zoom. Links in about/bio...๐ท Joe Kelly

The pandemic was here. It felt like the world came to a screeching halt. I missed my community. Yoga online was new, different, uncomfortable. It wasn't the same, but it was something and I needed something. ๐ช๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด. Time with you became the highlight of my weeks

My yoga journey started slowly
Just showing up to class felt brave. It took time to find comfort in the routine
