Buffalo Field Archery Club

Thanks to everyone for coming out and shooting our club 3d shoot this past Sunday. For the volunteers that helped setup and take down I really appreciate the help. Thank you. Thank you Anna for helping with registration.

Someone left there quiver, belt and release pouch on the practice range. It was brought to me so I have it. I will be here in the morning hosting our monthly 3d shoot. Come to the pavilion to pick it up.

Buffalo Field Archery 3D shoot will be tomorrow morning. Arrows up at 9am so shooters need to register prior to 8:45 morning safety meeting. Please if you know someone interested in shooting archery bring them out. Markers are set from 10 yards to 50 yards. See you in the morning

Starting May 11, the back 14 Field course will be closed. So work can be done on the creek. We will let you know when course is reopened.
The front 14 Field course will be open.

What a great weekend for the TFAA outdoor SYWAT season the club. We had 50 archers from around Houston and across the state of Texas to compete at our club.
They Loved the range and enjoyed at how big BFAC is.
THANK YOU to all that enjoyed our Field course's.
We will see the TFAA on June 27&28, as we will be hosting the TFAA Field State Championship. You will have to be a NFAA/TFAA membership to compete in the state championship. Go to texasfieldarchery.org for more information on this event.

This weekend May 9&10 we will be hosting the Texas Field Archery Association(TFAA)outdoor SYWAT series.
Both Field course's will be closed to open shooting.
If you would like to join the tournament register opens at 8am on both days. NFAA styles and rules apply.
At this time their are 4 spots on the range holding water and mud, make sure you bring boots(expectantly if it looks like rain). Bring a Refillable water bottle, their will be water coolers on the range but No cups.

Over this weekend the club Hosted it's 2nd TSAA Texas outdoor Target series qualifier on the Target Range. We 72 archers from all over Texas visit our range (even tho it was alittle wet).
Would like to say Good Job to Rick Stonebraker, Roger White and Anna Hanson for a Great event.
Would like say Thank you to all the members that helped set-up, run and helped clean up after the event.

10 years ago Buffalo Field Archery Club was under water for 6 months. The tax day flood in Houston and a month later the Memorial day flood.

We will not be having our club shoot this month. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you are looking for a shoot or ASA qualifier Brazos Archery Club is holding one this weekend.
