As Abby puts it, “I can always rely on my single leg,” giving her a trusted go to move while the squad constantly tests and sharpens each other’s skills for the biggest stages.

At the heart of their success is Coach Servando. His technical direction and calm leadership turn tough losses into rapid breakthroughs, with Stephanie sharing, “We win state here... within two weeks of joining, I beat someone I couldn’t beat before because of how much I improved.” Beyond state titles, Coach Servando provides the steady mentorship the girls lean on during high pressure national tournaments. Reflecting on her remarkable run to the finals at Fargo, a massive achievement for her age, Audrey shares how she recovered after the final match: “I just had to calm down, tell myself it’s okay, I’ll have other chances and got back out there.”

Above all, it’s an unbreakable sisterhood. They push each other through brutal workouts, cheer until their voices are gone, and lift each other up. For any young girl or hesitant parent, Vivienne’s advice is simple: “You’re probably going to cry at first, but force yourself to do two weeks and see, it’s so worth it.” Phoebe agrees, adding: “You just have to be consistent and show up to practice, and the more you do it, the more you love it.” At Gracie Barra Westchase, you’re joining a community that builds lifelong confidence and sets the standard for women’s wrestling.
