Easy way to add more greens to your day: make a large salad like this, and add a few spoonfuls to your lunch. I use the large hole size grater, or finely chop, and just keep it in the fridge ready for the week. Don’t add dressing until you’re ready to eat it, so it doesn’t get soggy, but to be honest, when it’s grated/finely chopped like this I find it doesn’t need dressing as it’s easy to eat. I used carrot, red pepper, green cabbage, and red cabbage. You could add a few raisins for sweetness.
Sunday workout, including a couple of warm up moves at the beginning, using a yoga ball. Feels good to be strong 💪🏼
The ultimate goal is to grow all our own veggies and beans. The more practice, the better we get - like most things in life!
