When was the last time you worked on balance? Start with something like slide 1: just trying to stand on one leg (you might want to be near something to grab when you first try this); slide 2: one leg with movement; slide 3: one leg with weight; slide 4: one leg with weight and movement. Balance is super important in daily life, and especially important to keep working on as we get older 💪🏼

Easy way to add more greens to your day: make a large salad like this, and add a few spoonfuls to your lunch. I use the large hole size grater, or finely chop, and just keep it in the fridge ready for the week. Don’t add dressing until you’re ready to eat it, so it doesn’t get soggy, but to be honest, when it’s grated/finely chopped like this I find it doesn’t need dressing as it’s easy to eat. I used carrot, red pepper, green cabbage, and red cabbage. You could add a few raisins for sweetness.
