🤣🤣 I’m trying to do better as well, yal!😅


But I notice that this only tends to happen to me when I have a lot of things on my to-do list... otherwise I can knock right back out!


💡Helpful Tip: “mind dumping” is an assignment I give my clients (and myself when I need it). It helps you sort through all the racing thoughts and leaves your mind more clear... this could help someone who really can’t sleep throughout the night due to too many thoughts! That, and monitoring what you intake before bed (and I’m not just talking about food- I’m talking about music, television, social media, etc)...
