Participated in a Donkey Basketball game in Freeport! It was so much fun! It is indeed the world craziest sport. The first responders took home the bragging rights this time. Can’t wait for next year!

I received an incredible update today from parent of one of my former athletes, AJ, and I had to share it.

At the 2026 ISC Swimming Championships in Charlotte, NC, AJ delivered an outstanding performance — finishing Top 8 in five events, including:
• 🥈 2nd Place – 500 Free
• 🥈 2nd Place – 1650 Free
• 🏅 8th Place – 100 Fly
• 🥉 3rd Place – Two Relay Events

Watching young athletes grow, develop discipline, and continue succeeding long after our training time ends is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. The work, consistency, and mindset he built are showing in a big way.

Congratulations AJ — this is earned, and it’s only the beginning. Keep going.

I love this kid so much.

Coachable!
He kept pulling his head out, so I told him bite his shirt…
Something I learned
later in life❤️‍🔥
He implemented it and BOOM
He is such a cool solid kid. ❤️‍🔥 ❤️‍🔥

After one of the busiest 48 hours shifts I’ve ever experienced in the fire service… I still clocked into the gym after clocking out of the station!

Circuit:
- Stair Master 3 minutes
- Med Ball Slams 15 reps
- Farmer Walks 100 feet
- Sled Push 100 Feet
- Sled Drag 100 Feet
- Med Ball Presses 20 reps

Why my programming prioritizes sustainability over extremes

Extreme training approaches can produce short-term change, but they rarely produce long-term results. When a plan requires constant intensity, perfect conditions, or relentless motivation, it eventually collapses under real life.

Sustainable programming is built around what you can repeat—not what you can survive.

If a regimen cannot be sustained, the results cannot be maintained. Progress only becomes permanent when the process fits your schedule, recovery capacity, and lifestyle.

Consistency, not extremes, is what compounds.

PSA!! Now is a good time to confirm your place on the schedule for the upcoming weeks. Please note that if you did not receive a calendar invite, you are not yet on my schedule, so always ensure you have received and accepted that invite.

I also want to clarify a point that may have caused some confusion. I currently have one remaining spot available for a new client. This refers only to the number of new clients I planned to add going into the new year. It does not mean I am limiting my total number of active clients.

If you already had sessions carrying over from 2025, you are not considered a new client and are welcome to schedule your sessions as usual. I have multiple open time slots with my updated availability.

Please message me directly to confirm your schedule and secure your time.
