Sunday is your invitation to exhale.
Rest is the moment you remind your body:
✨ “You are safe to soften.”
We move through the week carrying tension, expectations, and emotions that aren’t meant to stay. But today, you get to choose gentleness. You get to choose yourself.
As you soften your breath and your shoulders, feel what begins to loosen its grip.
🕊️ What are you giving yourself permission to let go of this Sunday?
Your rest matters. Your softness is sacred.

Everybody deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. That’s why inclusivity isn’t an extra; it’s the foundation of every class I teach.
Every mat. Everybody. Every time
Here, you belong exactly as you are. Healing, rest, and rebalance should never feel exclusive.
Come as you are. Move at your pace. Breathe with intention. 🌿
✨ Rest. Reset. Rebalance.
You cannot always control what goes on outside… but you can always nurture what goes on inside.
💛 In a world full of noise and uncertainty, taking a moment to breathe, move, and connect with your body is an act of self-care. Trauma-informed yoga invites you to honor your emotions, your pace, and your journey because healing starts from within.
🧘🏽♀️ Your practice, your rhythm, your balance.
Healing begins when we trust our body 🌿 “I trust the timing of my body’s healing.” At Find Your Balance Yoga with Nat, we provide trauma-informed, inclusive, and mobile yoga sessions in Houston to help you restore balance, reduce stress, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Join us for private classes, sound baths, and mindful practices designed for every body.
Happy Sunday! 🌿
Rest isn’t lazy, it’s release. Each pause is an act of letting go, a gentle permission to breathe, restore, and reconnect with yourself. Today, invite stillness, honor your body, and allow yourself the freedom to simply be.
What is your rest liberating you from today?

When I first heard Judith Lasater say, “The practice is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down,” it truly resonated with me as a yoga instructor. 🌿
At Find Your Balance Yoga, I see this truth unfold in every class; it’s never about how deep you go into a pose, but how deeply you connect with yourself along the way. 💛
Each breath, each pause, and each gentle movement is an invitation to listen, soften, and grow — at your own pace, in your own way.

What Trauma-Informed Yoga Really Means:
At Find Your Balance Yoga with Nat, every class begins with safety, agency, and choice. Trauma-informed yoga isn’t about “fixing” or “pushing.”
It’s about guiding you back into your own rhythm through breath, awareness, and movement that honors how your body feels today.
Safety & Grounding: Move, pause, or rest in ways that feel supportive.
Choice & Agency: Every pose is your invitation — skip, modify, or rest. 🌿 Connection & Awareness: Focus on presence, not perfection.
Empowerment Over Performance: Healing doesn’t have to hurt; rest is resilience.

Start your week grounded in breath.
Each inhale is a quiet invitation to restore.
Each exhale, a gentle release of what no longer serves you.
Your breath is your anchor, always available, always enough.
Come back home to yourself, one mindful moment at a time. 💛
