I train shoulders on Fridays, there’s just something about going into the weekend with a good shoulder pump 🦍😤⁣

I love performing dumb bell shrugs for my traps with controlled reps, squeeze at the top of each rep, drop slowly allowing the weight to pull your shoulders down and repeat until failure. I tend to feel It more when I perform this exercise like this. ⁣

315 lbs front squats moved pretty good after 10 sets 10 reps of 225 😱. The magic number was 10 reps but I think I was 1 or 2 reps shy because the bar started slipping. 😒. ⁣⁣
