Good morning bayou city! If you're looking for a good workout tonight, come to Tri On The Run (518 Shepherd, 77007) @ 6:30 for spin class. I'll be leading a 1 hour interval workout followed by an optional run. Bring your bike, a water bottle, and your running shoes. Class is $7 each or buy a punch card, 5 classes for $30 or 10 classes for $60. Let me know if you have any questions!
