Certified Black Belt Instruction for Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and Self-Defense. There is a full weight room, treadmills, etc. We also have showers available. We are located on the corner of Cutten Rd. and FM1960 minutes from Willowbrook Mall.

Congratulations to my student Darren who was able to place 3rd (White Belt) at the United Grappling event today! He fought a hard technical match against a very game opponent but lost via points.
