This Saturday, May 23rd, from 12-2 pm, we have our Intermediate Inversions Workshop!
Never wanted to be in a handstander farm stand? Learning as an adult? Worried about getting injured? This is the workshop for you. 2 hours of work for the discerning student of yoga.
Not beginner friendly but if you cannot get into a Handstand, you will still have fun!
In my 20s, I couldn’t do this 𝘢𝘯𝘺 of this and definitely not with kindness to myself. 🤗
Not because I was lazy but because I didn’t yet understand how to work 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 my body instead of against it.
One of my favorite things about getting older has been discovering that feeling better, getting stronger, moving with more freedom, kindness and grace is still available… Maybe now more than ever given 𝗡𝗢𝗪 is what we’ve got. 💚
You do not need to already be flexible, advanced, or “𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘢” to begin. A little bit really does go a long way and the sooner you start, the better. 💪
