When she first walked through our doors the world was in the middle of a global pandemic. Despite the uncertainty surrounding us all, she arrived with excitement, determination, and a willingness to learn.
Over the years, we've watched her face setbacks, adversity, disappointment, and challenges that would have caused many to quit. Instead, she chose to persevere. With every obstacle, she became stronger. With every setback, she grew more resilient.
We couldn't be more proud of the young athlete and person she is becoming. Her journey is a reminder that greatness isn't built by avoiding hardship—it's built by overcoming it.
We believe in her wholeheartedly, and we have no doubt that her future is filled with opportunity, purpose, and achievement. This is only the beginning.

30+ Years of Tae Kwon Do
I am incredibly grateful to my parents, training partners, masters, and everyone I have met along this journey.
Olympic sparring has always been—and will forever remain—my greatest passion. From multiple State Championships and competing at the Nationals/Junior Olympics, to training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and being featured on KBS in Korea, I have been blessed with countless unforgettable experiences.
Yet none of those moments compare to the joy of watching my students achieve their dreams.
The lessons, memories, victories, challenges, and friendships they gain through this journey are things they will carry with them for a lifetime. Most importantly, I know that 30 years from now, they will look back on this experience not only with pride, but with gratitude—because it will be a journey they will never forget and never regret taking.
