4 med ball drills that will translate to the field⚡️⬇️ 1. Med ball push - emphasizes explosive motion forward in your knee throws 2. Med ball block and recover - focuses on redirecting the ball quickly 3. Med ball lateral bounds - helps with blocking laterally. Use the ground to drive off the opposing ball with your foot and propel your body in front of the ball 4. Med ball knee drive - load up the weight and slide your knee forward to create explosive momentum Make training hard so the game’s easier⚡️ 04/01/2024
