170kg 375lbs x 10 REPS (high bar). The video didnโt quite make the 1 minute cutoff point so Iโve sped up a few of the rest times between my later reps so it did ๐ Followed by 3 sets
220kg 485lbs x 5 off a 4 inch deficit. The only way is up baby ๐ฏ
Warm ups to my top working set of 120kg 265lbs x 5 followed by 110kg 242lbs x 10 and 3 sets of 85kg 187lbs x 10 (close grip). Followed on from bench with some shoulder and glutes work as
200kg 441lbs x 8 reps (sleeves). said I could do 3+ on my last set if I felt like it .. so of course i did ๐๐
260kg 573lbs x 3 - asked for 257.5kg x 2, I wanted 260kg x 2, he said thatโs fine but we canโt afford for you to fail a rep at this stage.. so I did 3 just to be safe ๐๐ฏ
