I was very fortunate to win the medal, it was my first medal at the Paralympic Games in 1988 in Seoul, South. My roommate Doug Kennedy of Alabama gave me a pull in the 1500-meter race that eventually led to me winning a medal. Thanks Doug Kennedy!!!!
