She didn’t need more time… she needed to choose herself. ❤️
As women, we’re so good at taking care of everyone else.
Our children.
Our careers.
Our homes.
Our families.
But somewhere along the way, we convince ourselves that we’ll get back to us “when life slows down.”
The truth is… life rarely slows down.
That’s why I’m so incredibly proud of my client, Maria.
She’s a new mom who’s been juggling work, motherhood, and everything that comes with running a household. She could’ve used every excuse in the book—and honestly, they would’ve all been valid.
Instead, she made a different choice.
She decided that taking care of herself wasn’t selfish… it was necessary.
She committed to becoming more disciplined, more intentional, and more consistent. And now? Her consistency is paying off.
What inspires me most isn’t just the progress she’s making physically—it’s the woman she’s becoming. She’s proving to herself that she can keep the promises she makes to herself.
Maria, I couldn’t be prouder of you. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Watching you grow has been such a privilege, and I know your best is still ahead. ❤️
💪 The workout in this reel is one of the ways we’ve been building consistency. Give it a try, challenge yourself, and let me know how you do! Remember, it’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, one workout at a time.
✨ To every woman reading this: You don’t have to choose between taking care of your family and taking care of yourself. When you become healthier, stronger, and happier, everyone around you benefits.

Did You Know?
Here is something most people never notice in the freezer aisle: a lot of those tubs are not legally allowed to call themselves “ice cream.” They say “frozen dairy dessert” instead, and that wording is not an accident.
Real ice cream is built on cream, milk, and simple ingredients. A “frozen dairy dessert” usually means the real milk fat was swapped for something cheaper, vegetable oils, lab-made fibers, and artificial thickeners that mimic creaminess for a fraction of the cost. And it is worth watching the tubs that market themselves as “light” or “guilt-free,” because many lean on synthetic sweeteners and industrial stabilizers to earn those words. The marketing says healthy; the ingredient list often tells a different story.
For contrast, and credit where it is due, Tillamook is worth knowing about. It is a farmer-owned cooperative, owned by around 100 farming families who never sold out to big food, and a certified B Corp. Because the farmers own the co-op, they control the milk supply and guarantee it comes from cows never treated with artificial growth hormones like rBST, and their ice cream is built on real cream, milk, and cage-free eggs rather than fillers. The way a company is structured often shows up directly in what ends up in the tub.
But the bigger lesson is not about any single brand. It is that the front of the package is marketing, and the truth is on the back. Next time you buy, flip the tub over: check whether it says “ice cream” or “frozen dairy dessert,” and see if cream and milk sit near the top of the list, or if it is a wall of additives instead.
DISCLAIMER: For informational and educational purposes only. Not medical advice. Even real ice cream is a treat, enjoy it as one.

THIS!!!
“What if the life you’re chasing… is the life you’re already living?”
Sometimes we become so focused on the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of ourselves, that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come.
Take a moment and think about it…
The health you have today.
The strength you’ve built.
The confidence you’ve earned.
The peace you’ve found.
The opportunities in front of you.
At one point, these were all things you prayed for.
As a coach, I see so many people living in a constant cycle of “I’ll be happy when…” But happiness isn’t just found at the finish line. It’s built by learning to appreciate the journey while continuing to grow.
That’s why I love training, being in nature, and challenging myself. Whether I’m pushing through another set in the gym or jumping through the woods on a camping trip, they both remind me of the same lesson:
Growth isn’t just about becoming more. It’s about recognizing who you’ve already become.
Celebrate your progress.
Stay hungry for your goals.
But don’t forget to be grateful for the life you’re living today.
Question for you: What’s something in your life right now that you once hoped or prayed for?
Drop it in the comments. I’d love to celebrate that win with you. 👇

✨ FLASHBACK FRIDAY ✨
“Everyone wants the physique… until they learn what it actually takes.”
This photo was taken after I earned my second Professional Body Builder Pro Card. I was at my leanest—shredded, confident, and embracing that Texas girl vibe with my boots and shorts. 🤠💪
What you don’t see is that this level of conditioning is not meant to be maintained year-round.
As women, our bodies need body fat. It supports our hormones, our energy, our mental health, and our overall well-being. Being stage lean is a temporary season—not a sustainable lifestyle.
Too many people compare themselves to highlight reels without understanding what happens behind the scenes.
My mission isn’t to help you chase an unrealistic standard.
It’s to help you build a healthy, sustainable life that aligns with your goals, protects your future, and creates a legacy and financial legacy you’re proud of.
As a Life Coach and Life Agent, I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you make decisions that strengthen both your health and your future.
Because true success isn’t about staying shredded.
It’s about building a life that’s strong enough to last and a financial legacy for YOU and your family. ❤️
I am waiting for YOU💪😎
“Why do you train so much? You’re going to get old anyway.”
Exactly.
Aging is inevitable. How you age is largely determined by the choices you make today.
I don’t train because I’m trying to stay young forever.
I train because I want to stay strong, healthy, energetic, confident, independent, and capable for as long as possible.
Getting older isn’t the problem.
Getting older without strength, mobility, vitality, good health, and financial security is.
Every workout, healthy meal, and intentional decision is an investment in the person I’ll become 10, 20, 30, or 40 years from now.
The vibrant woman in her 70s who still lights up a room didn’t get there by accident. She built that life one choice at a time.
The goal isn’t to avoid aging.
The goal is to age powerfully.
Your future self is being created by your daily habits.
💬 What’s one habit you’re working on today that your future self will thank you for?
📩 If you’re ready to create a stronger body, better health, more energy, and a solid wealth-building strategy for your future, send me “FUTURE” or comment “READY” and let’s build your personalized Life, Health & Wealth roadmap.
