Your body was designed to work with the sun, not hide from it completely.

What sunlight actually does:

• Helps your body produce Vitamin D
• Supports hormone balance
• Strengthens bones and muscles
• Supports immune function
• Helps regulate sleep and circadian rhythm
• Can improve mood and mental well-being
• Supports healing and recovery
• Helps nutrient absorption and overall energy

Modern life keeps people indoors under artificial light for most of the day — then we wonder why fatigue, poor sleep, and low mood are everywhere.

The goal isn’t reckless sun exposure.
