Beautiful morning out at Memorial Park. Amazing how the temp feels so much better outside as I am surrounded by nature’s plants and trees. I am grateful today for my health and my family.
As I sit here this morning on break, I’m sipping a coffee and watching the world around me. I notice a few things but one that stands out is people generally seem stressed.
We all have situations that are out of our control and it is frustrating. Primarily the rising costs of everything is the most common source of stress that I hear day to day. We certainly have ZERO control of the costs of energy and goods, what do WE HAVE CONTROL OF?
Our mind, body, and spirit. We are made to move. Not to walk to a parking garage or carry a bag, but to actually move with purpose. EXERCISE is taking control of yourself. Improving mood, reducing stress through primal movement is even better.
When I see the children overweight, moody, and with zero discipline.. I think… these kids aren’t being programmed for success. These kids want to run and jump and swim and play!!
You are NO DIFFERENT! You need intensity in your exercise routine.
Keep your body moving like it was meant to before we all end up like the WALL-E movie, floating around our personal hovercraft waiting for everything to be handed to us.

Longevity of a healthy lifestyle happens when you create a realistic plan. “SUSTAINABLE” is a popular word lately and most diet plans are just not that. Find out what works for you, be CONSISTENT, and if you’re not going on stage (bodybuilding modeling etc) give yourself a break every week for a day. Eat the pizza, drink the beer, chill out.
