Holiday break? Bath time still counts as practice!
Have your swimmer blow bubbles in the tub to build breath control and get comfortable dipping their face under water.
Simple, fun, and great for confidence.

Don't forget our pools will be closed from December 22- January 2 so our team can spend some time with their families. Splashy Holidays!
