Gallon Challenge Day 1 Complete! I have a feeling as the days go on. The harder it will be to finish a gallon. But all I can do is try, and having all of you to motivate me helps. ❤

Broccoli Crusted Keto Friendly Pizza!!! 😋
2 Broccoli Crowns (steamed and pureed), 2 eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. After crispy and brown, remove from heat, put pizza sauce, cheese, veggies and grass fed ground beef. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Super healthy and super low carb. 😋😋😋 Yum!!! I hope you love it.

So many of you may not know. But the last couple of years I have been really working out and trying to lose weight. I have doctors tell me, your thyroid is slow, your hormones are changing bc of premenopause, your getting older, etc. And it seemed no matter how hard I worked or "diet", ate clean, eat 6 high protein low carb meals a day, etc. Nothing really helped. At the end of April and after doing some research and talking to some Co workers, I started Intermittent Fasting and Keto Diet. In nearly 30 days I have lost 20LBS and a whole lot of inches. Finally finding something that works has been a relief. 90% Diet is key to weight loss. I will post a video later about Fasting and how it's done. I probably fast between 16 to 24 hours regularly. If you have any questions please ask. I will try answer them.

My awesome son, Connor Garcia made me dinner this evening. Yum!! Truly a very healthy and satisfying dinner. Fish and veggies!!! Here's to losing 20 pounds.
