Hydration and why it’s so important💧

So like some of you I would start a bottle of water, set it down, and never finish it.

I would choose to drink coffee, tea, juice over water any day.

I wouldn’t think about the benefits, only the fact that it was tasteless 😅

Once I really got into fitness I started learning how important it is. Here’s why

Benefits:
It boosts skin health and beauty
Lubricates the joints
It cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues
Regulates body temperature
Flushes body waste
Maintains blood pressure
Delivers oxygen throughout the body

Even though I miss the gym right now, these Home Workouts are truly becoming my favorite thing.
