Season started in a good way!!

Gameday for our Varsity boys as we look to win a trophy in our first tournament of the season! Lake Houston Tip Off Tournament 2:30pm!!

Officially one month away from the return of HBCU Prep Academy basketball and dance!! Our varsity team is looking to win a State and National Championship this season!! 4 seniors already have scholarship offers and we looking to get the other 2 locked in shortly!!

HBCU Prep Academy in the community thank you to Joshua T. Scott Veronique Jolie and Apc Houston for having us and giving our boys the opportunity to serve.

Varsity boys play this Friday in the Championship game and then September it’s time for Post Grad Boys and Girls teams to start. September 20th we have Houston Community College. They about to get that work that’s all I’m saying. We building a program over here!!

Gameday!!!! We put our undefeated Summer League record on the line. We win today in the Semi-Finals we play in the championship next Friday night. We need this dub,I need another championship.

To be able to coach your friends kids is a cool thing. Coach James Bessard with one of our Sophomore Basketball players Jackson Echols. As you can see Jackson will catch and pass Coach James in height sooner than later! James and his mom Heather Echols went to Channelview Highschool together now we have an opportunity to coach her son this season and for the next 3 years. We are looking forward to seeing Jackson develop into a elite player with HBCU Prep Academy!!

Our way of giving back is paying it forward to help the next generation of hoopers!!

Man that was a tough win vs a tough team. We made it to the quarterfinals of Nationals.

Nationals start today if we make it through it will be 6 games in 4 days.
