🔥30 DAY DETACHMENT GOAL ACCOMPLISHED 🔥

Just completed my no caffeine detachment objectives. Motivation "was not" the focus. Discipline "WAS" the focus and foundation principle that got me through the 30 days.

A human has intellect that allows them to learn. However, it also reminds us how little we understand nature, the world, and the universe became of our limited mind and ability to observe.
🔸Humans can only see 0.0035% of the electromagnetic spectrum
🔸Humans can only hear 0.01998% which is only 20-20,000 HZ of the full 1-1,000,000 HZ range

All I can do is keep learning information to help others and stay humble to the understanding that even in an entire life time, I still know very, very little of this universe's reality.

In this case, I'm learning to better help people and golfers reduce their pain so they can get back to enjoying their hobby and passion. Take care.

Took part in the weapons seminar over the weekend. Special thanks to instructor, Juan Babiloni, for setting it up and teaching. Always good to practice and work with others on new lessons and refining old ones.

💥5TH PLACE USAPL RAW NATIONALS💥

I definitely didn't expect this outcome. Very grateful for this moment. Why?
1. Diagnosis Torn Labrum that I had to get Stem Cell treatment.
2. Diagnosis Straight Cervical Spine.
3. Diagnosis Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
4. Right Shoulder and Arm Atrophy 20%.
5. Could barely do body weight push ups at the start of 2023 and bench press 185 lbs for only 1 rep.
6. Could barely control the barbell to do any back squats due to right shoulder nerve pain.
7. Mentally in a very dark place and wondering if my Powerlifting Career was over.

However, decided to put in the work, keep a realistic/progressive mindset, and be grateful for what I can still do each day. We don't know when our time is up on this world. Just appreciate each day, understand life isn't fair and doesn't owe me anything, and work hard in the present moment for an opportunity for a better day tomorrow.
