Just wrapped 3 back-to-back weekends of the lecture portion of Anatomy/Comprehensive Mat training and I’m so proud of this group.
The time, focus, and dedication they’ve poured into learning anatomy, the Kane School Core Principles, refining teaching skills, and learning all 34 classical mat exercises has been incredible to watch. This is deep, detailed work and they showed up for all of it.
Now we move into practice, integration, and stepping into their roles as teachers. Houston is about to gain a group of thoughtful, well-trained, and intentional new mat instructors ✨🙌

We just wrapped up the first weekend of ‘s Comprehensive Mat training. Watching this cohort step into the work has been something special. They’re not just leaning exercises, they’re learning how to see. Integrating the depth of the Kane School approach isn’t easy. It asks for the ability to read what’s actually happening in the body and to they’re doing it! Proud of their work, questions and willingness to stay in the process. And teaching in ‘s beautiful studios makes it all the more special 🤍🙌✨

Day 1 of Core Muscle Anatomy 🤍
Truly a dream come true to be leading this Pilates teacher training at for such a dedicated group of dancers and movement professionals.
Today was filled with thoughtful questions, a-ha moments, and genuine curiosity. The kind of energy that makes teaching so fulfilling.
We began building the foundation: seeing the body through an anatomical lens, connecting structure to movement, and starting to develop that “x-ray vision” we talk about so often.
Grateful for this incredible cohort and excited for what’s ahead ✨

If you’ve ever wondered why certain movement cues work (or don’t), anatomy is where the answers live.
This four-day course explores the musculoskeletal system and its relationship to movement, helping movement professionals develop a deeper understanding of how the body organizes itself.
The approach is known for developing “x-ray vision” for movement creating the ability to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Dancers
Movement educators
Health & wellness professionals

Highlights from IADMS! This was my 1st time attending and it exceeded my expectations by far! I am so inspired and grateful for this community. I had amazing conversations with everyone I met and I’m so excited to implement everything I took away from the conference. I feel so energized by this creative, caring, super smart group of humans! 🤍
A huge thank you to and for the incredible opportunity to teach and demo the Konnections Bands.
And to and . I am so grateful for your support and trust in me. Teaching Pilates to the students and company is truly a dream job. It was so wonderful to have so many of us attend IADMS this year.
