To ALL the HWC Friends, Customers & Water Enthusiast!
I am saddened to inform you that HWC has officially closed the doors as of April 1, 2013. It has been an extremely challenging and exciting ride with all its ups & downs, hurricanes, floods, droughts, new store additions, many many new friends, boat evolution's, equipment evolution's and a ton of wonderful times had by all!!
I will continue to receive phone calls at 713-920-2157 to assist all of you in getting your service boats to a good, honest, reputable service center and answer any questions you may have in the interim. I will still be available to assist you in finding that solid, pre-owned boat of your dreams as well as assist you in selling or moving your boat to a new owner if need be, through all my ongoing contacts.
Should you have any type of marine associated needs, please don't hesitate to ask as I have many items still available to purchase at a very nominal price point. From used wakeboards, skis & life vests to multiple boats parts & accessories, specialized mildew cleaners, bimini's, boat dollies, even a couple 351 Ford 'Cleveland' engines.
It has been a difficult transition as there is a lot of terrific memories, deeply seeded relationships built and a ton of very special times associated with this incredible facility and the people that helped make it what it was!!
I want to personally send out my sincerest 'THANKS' & complete 'APPRECIATION' to each and every one of you that
utilized all facets of what HWC offered and especially to those who assisted and supported Houston Watersports Complex for the last 10 years. You will not be forgotten!! I will be looking for all of you out and about and on the water throughout the years to come. Thank you again & God Bless!!

We are very sorry to say that this weekend's H-town Showdown @ Houston Watersports Complex is officially canceled. Due to lack of rain. The lake is simply not deep enough at this time to support the boats needed to adequately run the H-town Showdown. We are tentatively scheduling the Showdown to run on Aug. 20, Pending we get some much needed rain.
