Winners of Hip/Hop Civic Quest will be notified of their competition results, and all scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the winner's chosen college or university no later than December 31, 2024. Winners must provide valid proof of enrollment and acceptance to their selected accredited higher education institution prior to fund disbursement. Scholarship funds are non-transferable and can only be applied toward educational expenses.

If a winner fails to enroll in a college or university or does not submit the required documentation by December 31, 2024, the scholarship may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate student.
