So, carb loading isn’t “heading to Olive Garden to eat 14 breadsticks and endless pasta and salad the night before and hope for the best... because who would do that? ”😬🫣🙋‍♂️

Here’s the Real👇
🔥 FACT: Carb loading works — but ONLY if you do it 2–3 days before the race, not the night before
🔥 FACT: It’s about 70% carbs, not “all carbs, all chaos.”
🔥 FACT: Good carbs training = rice, pots, beans, oats, fruit/veg
🔥 FACT: Good carbs loading = lower fiber..pasta, white rice/bread
❌ MYTH: Carb‑panic the night before = bloated, sluggish, sad... no PR tomorrow 🥹😥😭

So keep it simple during race week: more 'good' carbs, taper mileage = better glycogen = better race day. 😊😋🙌
